LEGAL POLICY
Payment
Flavors of Paris requires payment in full upon reservation of your tour. Notification of cancellations received up to 15 days prior to your tour date will receive full refund minus a 15% administrative fee.
Cancellations received 13 to 8 days prior to your tour date will receive a 50% refund.
As Flavors of Paris requires time to hire our guides and have tastings arranged for you tour, refunds are not available after the 7 day period prior to your tour date.
Health and Safety
Flavors of Paris will make every effort to ensure your safety. We request that any of our guests who has food allergies or intolerances notify us when making your tour reservation. Flavors of Paris will take every precaution possible to ensure the tastings at our venues do not contain any offending substances. However, Flavors of Paris will not be responsible for indiscrepencies at the tasting venues. We ask the client to agree to carry proper medications with them during their Flavors of Paris tour.
Travel Insurance
Flavors of Paris strongly recommends that each of our guests obtain travel insurance. Please consult your travel agent or broker.
