Your booking is protected with Flavors of Paris! If you need to cancel your tour, our refund schedule is as follows:
Standard Cancellations: You will receive a full refund (minus the ticketing fee) if we receive your cancellation request 16 days or more prior to your tour. For cancellations received 15 to 5 days prior, you will receive a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee. Because our groups are small and spots are limited, cancellations made 4 days or less before the tour cannot be reimbursed.
Travel Advisories: Should official travel advisories prevent you from making your trip, just let us know at least 72 hours before your tour. We will gladly issue a 100% refund (minus the ticketing fee) or issue a full credit so you can rebook when you are able to travel again.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME DURING MY STAY TO TAKE THE TOUR?
Our clients all seem to agree that it is best to take our tasting tour as early as possible after your arrival in Paris. A Flavors of Paris food tour will give you a great foundation for navigating your way through the rest of your trip in Paris, including how to get around and order in restaurants
We contact our venues ahead of time so that they may prepare for our visits, therefore we require payment in advance. We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard directly through our booking engine, or by calling our direct line in Paris. Our reservations automatically close 48 hours in advance of the tour.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE? CAN I PAY IN CASH?
ARE PRIVATE TOURS AVAILABLE?
Yes, please send an email to us with the date, number of people and your phone number with the city and country. We will follow up with a phone call to find out your specific interests. Then we will furnish you with a proposed itinerary and a quote.
Our food tours run rain or shine. We spend a good portion of the time indoors, but you will still be out and about in the neighbourhood so we strongly recommend that you dress appropriately for the weather, including an umbrella if necessary. And don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes.
WHAT IF IT RAINS? WILL THE TOUR STILL TAKE PLACE?
IS SHOPPING ALLOWED DURING THE TOUR?
We do allow for shopping as long as time permits as we must adhere to a schedule since our vendors prepare for our visits. All of the shops that we visit are within a short walking distance from where the food tour ends. We will provide you with a list of the shops you have visited and the addresses so you can return to them if you wish.
It is not necessary to tip your guide, however, they are gratefully accepted. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%.
DOES THE TOUR GUIDE ACCEPT GRATUITIES?
ARE THE TOURS OFFERED IN ANY OTHER LANGUAGE BESIDES ENGLISH?
The Flavors of Paris food tours are conducted in English. However, our guides also speak French. If you’d like a tour in French we are happy to make arrangements for a private tour with a suggested itinerary and a quote.
We do make provisions for special dietary needs. Please make a note in the field provided specifying your needs when you book your tour on our website.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES?
IS THE TOUR WHEELCHAIR AND BABY STROLLER ACCESSIBLE?
Paris is a very old city, with cobblestone streets and narrow sidewalks. Please contact us ahead of time and tell us what your needs are. We are happy to accommodate you when possible.
The walking distances for each of the tours vary. We have indicated the amount of walking involved at the bottom of the description for each of the tours. Sometimes standing is involved during the tastings. If any folks have difficulty standing, we are happy to provide seating as required.
HOW MUCH WALKING IS INVOLVED?
IS THIS TOUR SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN? DO YOU PROVIDE A DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN?
Our tasting tours are family-friendly. We suggest that the tours are most suitable for children 10 years and older. There is special pricing for children, which you will find when you select the dates to make your booking.
